Santa Monica

Santa Monica is the quintessential Southern California city with its beautiful beaches, picture perfect sunsets, deep-rooted history, and vibrant culture.  Classified as a moderate Mediterranean climate, Santa Monica enjoys an average of 310 days of sunshine a year.  From the magnificent architectural homes and bungalows along the cliffs by the beach to the breathtaking residences along the tree-lined streets above Montana Avenue, this city has something to offer everyone.

Santa Monica is also known for it’s local art galleries, award-winning restaurants, and its three shopping districts – Montana Avenue on the north side of the city (luxury boutiques and upscale shopping), the Downtown district in the city center (Third Street Promenade and Santa Monica Pier), and Main Street on the south side of the city (eclectic cafes, boutiques, and specialty retail).

Santa Monica has it’s own school district and is recognized for having some of the highest rated public schools in Los Angeles County.  There are also top quality private schools in the district as well.

Santa Monica is also the recipient of the Bicycle Friendly Community Award (Bronze) by the League of American Bicyclists in 2009.
